Algothic DevOps engineers support all company’s projects at once inside the DevOps service. The service processes will let you maximize your time and work with all Algothic teams and clients.

What a DevOps Engineer will do:

  • Create cloud infrastructure designs
  • Set up test and production environments with Terraform
  • Set up the apps’ delivery with our standard CI/CD pipeline
  • Use our standard metrics to analyze the causes for issues in environments
  • Consult the client and the dev team about how the environments are set up

Key technologies that you will use:

  • Terraform
  • Gitlab CI
  • Docker
  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Linux

What we expect from a DevOps Engineer:

  • 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Experience working with Terraform
  • Experience working with cloud services: AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience working with Linux
  • Understanding Shell scripting and using it at work
  • Basic knowledge of Networking
  • Experience working with Git
  • Experience working with automation development pipeline using Gitlab CI, Jenkins, or other tools
  • At least Intermediate English level
  • Being able to quickly switch between tasks and projects
  • Proactivity. For example, when you notice an issue in the client’s project, suggest an improvement

Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of syntax and main libraries of Python
  • Basic algorithmic knowledge
  • Ability to write unit tests
  • Ability to understand other people's code
